Shaji Neelakantan Karun released the film in Kerala. Shaji karun is an Indian film director and cinematographer. His debut film Piravi (1988) won the Caméra d'Or – Mention d'honneur at the 1989 Cannes Film Festival and won the National Award for Best Director . He also won two Kerala State Film Awards for Best Director for his films Swaham (1994) and Vanaprastham (1999). Currently, he is the Chairman of Kerala State Film Development Corporation.
Rajasree Warrier performed a wonderful dance to close a memorable evening. Rajashree, is a Bharata Natyam dancer, educator and media person. She learned Bharathanatyam under the tutelage of Guru V Mythili and Guru Jayanthi Subramaiam. She holds a PhD in Music for her research in Varnas in Dual Forms (Tana Varnas and Pada Varnas) She is the founder director of 'UTTARIKA, Centre for Performing Arts', focusing on research and training in Bharata Natyam, Carnatic music and experimental theatre.

'Unchained' (2017) A documentary about the activism of Carol Buckley with elephants in captivity and how they are trained, forced to long working hours and living in a clearly improvable conditions.
Serena Chloe Gardner 's short film was also shown.
Serena is an award-winning writer and director of 2017’s BFI supported Film London short film ‘Blackout’ which debuted at BFI’s Southbank and won ‘Best Short Film’ Southampton International Film Festival.
